All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in rare cases where an item arrives damaged.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us at hooddollz@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Claims sent after 24 hours will not be accepted.

30-day warranty
If you purchased our 30-day warranty, your order is covered for defects and damage based on our warranty policy.

What you order is what you get
Please double-check your size and color before checking out. We cannot refund or exchange orders for wrong sizes, changed minds, or ordering mistakes.
